How much to repair???

1993 Mercury 75. Motor ran hot and seized. Does anyone on here know "about" what it would cost to have this outboard rebuilt??

Pistons oversized with rings ebay about 85.00 Boring the block to oversize ???? New rods or used rods. New bearings? New Crank if bad New or used? It,s anybody,s guess
