Ayuh,....

Hopefully you can get your 52 bucks back from scrapping the trailer,+ driveline.....

That motor,+ outdrive are alittle beyond Antique,...
I seriously Doubt you'll Ever find parts for Either 1.....

I know others will be commenting, but I think you did ok if you're looking for a winter project. Scrap the engine and trailer, and convert it to an outboard, and viola! you have a neat runabout. But what do I know.....
