Its been said, but deserves repeating: with the number of sicko, child-molesters in the world, there is NO age in which a child should outside his/her home without clothes. Totally irresponsible on behalf of the parents, imho.

lol, maybe if you were hippies that lived in some flower painted mobile home in the country and drove a VW bus called Moon Rider around, like 35 years ago. This is a H.S. theology teacher and a banker in a suburb cul-de-sac in a small college town. I wouldn't call them rich, but they're not poor. Our homes are from 1971 and run about 300k, which is below average for homes around here.

4 Year old neighbor boy dropped trou in front of my 10 year old daughter ... wasn't too happy and left he and his parents know. They dealt with him. Guess you know my opinion ... too many other kids in the neighborhood to do that ... Guess I will be old school also!

lol, I know I said it before, twice the mom is a THEOLOGY TEACHER AT A CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL. They definitely don't smoke weed and are far from hippies. They're normal people, well, besides this. That's what makes it so weird. Also, her dad is an ex Marine and even at 60, would beat her husbands a** if he brought weed around his grandkids

I'd definitely say something to them, about it not being appropriate letting the kids run around nek'id. Problem is, I'm not the most diplomatic person in the world..... :facepalm:

We were hanging out with a bunch of neighbors once and I over heard a parent tell their 5YO kid to go take a whizz by my fence... PARDON ME! "Oh I was just joking" as the kid is walking over unzipping his trousers. Yeahhhh... He's more than welcome to go use the restroom in our house, but he ain't whizzin on my fence.

So if she is hard of hearing and thought she heard your in the garden of eden was your in the garden and pee'n? that might explain things

Its not too old .. its a too young thing .. In that environment would be too young to be going natural. Not to say I have anything against going ol' natural ... .. Keep the Kiddies Clothed ! IMHO .. YD.

Has no one any concern about melanoma (skin cancer). Excessive exposure to too much sun is dangerous, especially to very young children.
As to the issue of whether it constitutes a breach of the peace, I wonder what the law says regarding the minimum age at which one can be prosecuted for indecent exposure? 6 years? 8 years? 12 years? There must be a cut off point somewhere, surely.

yeah thats kinda weird! sounds like a old neighbor i had before i moved .. she was still breast feeding her 3 1/2 year old son and would let him run around outside aswell .. ugh some weirdo's out there ..
