Just bought an Johnson 8hp,
model; J8BALCIC,

Can anyone tell me how old it is and if theres any way 2 connect remote controlls 2 it?

That is actually a 1981 7.5 hp model.

Belgium made, I think. Fitted with an AC lighting coil. Long shaft.

There was a remotes kit but NLA.
