You liberals don't want us buying foreign oil and you don't want us drilling our own. What, then, do we do?

Walk, you, not them... nice post. 8)

I don't know crunch. The republicans lost due to low turn out from their base. Why, perhaps spending like drunk sailors might have had something to do with it. How about the immense effort to accomplish nothing with regards to immigration and the boarder. Anchor babies, didn't have time to address that, and do you think that some liberals are going to change it? The public appearance regarding the direction of the Iraqi war has not been decisive. How about letting John Bolton twist in the breeze, that set me off. How about letting superior people nominated to the courts sit in limbo for years. Who was running the show here? It seems to me that those in charge must have the power of their convictions to override the will of the minority. Hard to tell with this crowd. Losing Linc Chaffey is actually a good thing, as he isn't a conservative but a rino. But losing George Allen by the MSM manipulating a story is sad. How about the increase in the size of government under a so called conservative administration and congress. As I have said, this has been a good democrat government, and a bad republican one.

Convincing me that this is a conservative government is what may be the hard job. :'(

[I have to agree that the American people are unhappy with the republican direction. IT WAS TOO LIBERAL./b]

You've come along nicely Pointer.

GW could have stopped the Democrats from taking power if he'd dumped Rummy before instead of after.

The increase in size of government and spending makes the Bush tax cuts void also.
Tax increases were only post-phoned and the tax burden will now be that much greater.
The "borrow and spenders" super enabled the "tax and spenders".

Can you please clarify what you meant with "superior people"?
It just sounded like something from a different time.

Despite my support for Bush, I totally agree with all of this post.

Hill sources claim The House is taking Monday 'off' this week, because of the championship football game between Ohio State and the University of Florida.

Hopefully the new congress will do a better job than OSU! Doh!d:)
