You have a bow pulpit, an anchor cleat and a hawser pipe. That black thing to he right of the anchor cleat is the hawser pipe. That will feed down into your anchor locker. What you don't have is a windlass. On that size boat, you will use 1/4" chain and 1/2 inch line. You don't really need a windlass. I have 30 ft of 1.4" chaing and 200ft of 1/2 line and a 25LB Manson supreme. My wife hauls it by hand.
If you're single handed, then yes a windlass would be very useful. With a mate, bump into and out of gear to advance on the anchor while a mate pulls in the slack line/chain and feeds it down into the locker.
