They dont stay on the boat its a dock type thing we thought about getting one since they wont let us put docks in. They are kinda cool but $$$ they work anywhere on 12v power
Those look like Sea Legs, and I believe they do stay on the boat. Anywhere you go if the water is not too deep they can be used to raise the boat out of the water.
Wow those are totally different that the ones we looked at! they are neat but now I have the same question would they not create drag> and what keeps them from getting damaged? The ones we looked at you set in the lake on concrete and drove the boat over the top of them and raise the lift they are a semi permanent lift. We are not allowed to put any docks in here I would love to get some of these they are pricey but I think with the mounted ones there would be so much drag created the would not work?? does anyone have these that could chime in a quick release would be awesome where you could put the boat in drive to the beach drop the legs then go boating.
