how to build jump seats?

anybody have any suggestions on how to build a pair of jump seats? I have an 87 Thompson and the far back "jump" seats have been removed.... Just curious if anyone has built there own or just boughten them, as I've seen around $180-$200/ea.

look at item # 180047992806 on ebay. good seats, and you can build them for that cost.
