When the water on the beach is going back into the ocean look for the v's in sand and get infront of them and scoop em out. Let the sand fall and you will feel them they are about 1 inch

What kind of fish do you catch with them?

Mostly pompano but most beach fish will go after them

My wife will thank you for this... she loves fishing for FL pompano, and then eating them.

Red Fish like them too. Just use a Carolina rig on the bottom.

they are super easy to catch here. and yes they are good for about any beach fish, especially whiting which you can use for most any other big fish.
