How to clean hardened resin from fiberglass roller?

I tried to keep this as clean as I could but my aluminum fberglass roller is clogged with hard resin.

Is there any way to get it out of the grooves? I have another, smaller roller on hand but can't find a replacements anywhere locally.

take a propane torch and burn the resin off......works like a charm.

haha, I've got one that's even worse than that. Plastic though so I can't burn too much. It just got to a point where I just kept cakin in on so I'm probably gonna throw it out and get a new one.

is the handle plastic?....usaually the bar and the roller are steel.
if the plastic gets stuck its toast. aceitone will eat the palstic.

No the roller itself is plastic. it's an oldie. I know it's crap. Just pointing out the fact that I have one that's worse. hehe. Atleast his is still usable.
