Hi ...<br /> I am new to the web. I have questions how to hook up voltage gage to 2004 Merc EFI :confused: 60 hp. Does the gage that I will buy come with instructions?. Does it have 2 wires... grounding and hot wire?<br /> Pls give me some ideas. Thank you. Cals.

Go to the www.tflx.com web site. Under tech support they have installation instructions for all their gauges. I think you'll find instructions for a volt meter and the installation would be similar even if you don't use a teleflex product. I installed one a couple of years ago and remember it being very simple - I think it's just a matter of running one wire to the ignition, one to ground, and one to a light switch if you have one. You can hook the + Positive wire from the gauge to the positive + lead of the Ignition switch, the one that only has power w/ the key turned on. Hook the - Negitive of the gauge to the grounding bar, or plate which connects to the negitive on the Battery. I don't know your boat or engine setup but that should get you through. Good Luck, Joe
