I'm very afraid of heights so much as I don't go on some roller coasters, altho some are 200' high or at least they seem that way. I'm afraid of falling and being splattered on the ground then the actual height of things.

Fear of falling is really psychological. On a tower / roof /scaffold , whatever, alot of people don't have much fear of falling 10 feet even though the fall can kill you under the right circumstances. But a 200 foot drop makes many people queasy even though the danger is the same. Just stay away from the edge, and plan all your movements while watching for situations that could endanger you in your surroundings. The people that are most at risk are the ones that are comfortable and become careless.
