Hello,<br /><br /> I have Merc 2002 2 strk 9.9 hp, I am trying to disconnect shift rod. to replace impeller. How do I do that?. Can not get service manual yet.<br /><br /> Any info will be appreciated. Thank you.
The pin to releise it is under the carb, port side and you will need to loosen the phillips head screw on the reverse lock and remove the lock actuatter block from the shift rod
