how to do small cracks and gel damage repairs?

I searched and didn't find anything relating to this. i have from the previous owner a few small holes from old transducers and misc. stuff that was screwed to the hull. the holes are one thing and the spider webbed cracks im sure are another.

From my understanding...
I am not an expert and my boat has these too.
Normally people will use a Dremel tool to open up the cracks a bit and then put some kind of gel coat back in. Once it sets, it is sanded smooth. I would suspect that the biggest headache is getting a decent color match.
Again... I am new at this. I am no expert.

from what im gathering, fill it in with PB and a lil color, then gel over it?

Get a gelcoat repair kit.

Dremel out the cracks with a V groove tool. Wash em out with acetone. Use the kit and mix up some gelcoat and try as best you can to match the gelcoat color. Add a bit of cabosil to the gelcoat to thicken it then add the hardener. Use a small plastic putty knife to fill the cracks but...Overfill them so the gelcoat is higher. Once it cures for 24 hours come back the next day using 180 grit to knock off the high spots then switch to 600 grit WET sandpaper and work your way up to 1000 grit keeping it wet. You'll hardly know it was there.

seeing is not even possible for the holes, they are under my waterline those i just want sealed good!

Mix up PB to fill those small holes. Where are they located? Why did you not post this with your boat thread?
