How to find proper carb rebuild kit

Hi folks,
I'm trying to figure out how to find the proper carb rebuild kit for my outboard. It's a 1976 Johnson, 85HP, model # 85ETLR76G .

I looked up the BRP part number for the OEM "repair" kit, 0383906, but came up empty, so I'm wondering if I should be looking for something else. It couldn't find a single part number for the carbs that are on there. If I look up rebuild kits by year I find plenty, I'm just not sure which, if any, would be correct.

Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Carb numbers are tough -- often a tin tag that attaches under one of the bowl screws. Go by the motor model number, yr. and hp.: http://ww2.iboats.com/Carburetor/dm/cart_id.036411823--session_id.474587545--view_id.1533256

Be better to buy the kit shown in the iBoats diagram (#44). Check the models listed at the top of the page (look for yours).

Ah, that's great, I didn't realize I can search by the engine model number here for parts. That search lead me here. So I think that's the ticket. Thanks for your help!

OK, so that's a bit confusing. I see the part number in the diagram is 383906, but when I add it to my cart, I get the part that I linked above. I figured it would be the interchangable, otherwise why would they link me to it? You're thinking maybe that's not the case?
