I'm a newbie to boats.

I've bought a 14ft fibreglass for cheap as it was missing parts. 1 of which is the seats. By the looks of it, the floor has been reconditioned, and there is no evidence of where or how seats were previously fitted.

I'm wanting to purchase some back-to-backs for it, just wondering how I fit these to the boat (I don't want to do anything that'll damage it).

Some photos of the floor:

i built these, they are the same size as the small boat back to back, mine don't recline, i have many that did, and were never used.

Cheers for the pics.
So how are they mounted/secured to the boat?

the store bought ones have places in the corners to screw them to the deck.
i use a 1x2 marked where it need to go, then applied sealer to the bottom of the 1x2 then screwed it into the deck, then screwed the box the the fastening blocks.
