Okay guys, I cant seem to find anywhere how to attach the spring end to the spark plug wire, and how to get the boot over it. Do you just wrap the wire around the arm of the spring, solder it, lube up the boot, and slide it on?
Strip some wire off, say 1/4 inch. Split the strands of wire into a vee. Place the round part of the spring against the vee of wire and drive the pointy end of the spring into the center of the wire, so it hits the strands. Now lube up the boots and slide them on.
