I need to lift engine off transom and I cannot find where to attach rope or cable. I have an A-frame and small come-a-long to lift engine. Any suggestions would be great.<br />I am installing jackplate this weekend.<br /><br />Thank You....Doug
Those engines use a lifting device which attaches to the flywheel - it has a lifting ring you can "hook-up" to. It looks simialr to a steering wheel puller, but is MUCH more heavy duty.<br /><br />-John
