As this isn't a prop performance question, I figured to put it here.

I am selling a few good SS props and also have one on my boat. I washed them and used "The Works" cleaner but they are still pretty dull. What would I use to polish them up and get them looking good again? Truth is, for mine I don't really care, but for better resale value I'd spend a few min. polishing.

If you are looking to get back to shiney, your going to need a buffing pad and an appropriate polish rouge. Typically the pad would fit on your bench grinder and doing a blade would not be easy.

I don't think there are any chemical cleaners that will bring the shine back. You could probably clean it up a little with something like Fleitz or Semi Chrome polish but only so far and that will be a pain.

I run into a sandbar a couple of times a year. This even polishes you skeg and most of the lower unit :D .
