"how-to" quest to add tilt to my 40Hp Johnson

I'm 70 w/a recent pacemaker inserted and although I'm not disabled (I can still fish, camp and bike), I am kind of restricted from heavy lifting...such as the weight of tilting a 40 Hp motor, especially while on my knees...anyway, I would like to know if it's possible to add a 'used' tilt package to my boat to help raise and lower the motor?
What does it a unit consist of ?

Not cheap, but it adds tilt and trim to your outboard.
