I have been running my boat @ night , I turn on my electronics/gps/depth finder/chart plotter , and now I cant see pass the windshield on my center console due to the glare.I remember other boaters using some sort of tape/mesh etc., on the console to deflect the glare @ night. Is there such a product? what is it ? and where? I have gone to boat stores and either I am not clear in my explanation, or they dont have this solution...

Don't know, but you might try playing with some window tinting material.
All my instruments and panel lights have dimming features.

Usually around the keys and other like places I only use radar and a paper chart. Everything else gets turned off

change your bulb to red bulbs. or run you power to the lighting circuit, thru a rheostat, so you can dim the lights, like the dash of your car.
