how to remove outdrive oil?

I have an 83 mercruiser il4 3.0. How do I remove the outdrive oil. All i see is a fill hole at top left side and a vent hole at the top right side?

should be a screw on the bottom of your outdrive

And the drain would be at the lowest point on the lower unit. Bend over and look under the lower gearcase housing adjacent to the skeg. You can't make oil drain up hill so it must be at the lowest point in the system.
