How to remove spindle from torsion axle

I have a load rite trailer with I believe are Tie Down torsion axles and removable spindles secured with a castle nut. What kind of "puller" tool is best to remove the spindle?

Shouldn't need a puller with a tapered fit.
Should come out with a couple taps
