How to replace stringers on Pontoon boat ?

I need to know how to replace the stringers under floor of my pontoon boat, and what to use , and where to get the stringers . Also need to know where there is a discount or salvage place close to Tampa I need all new seats on the pontoon boat. Thanx in advance Dennis
