Bring the prop to a prop shop and ask them to put a 2" theoretical cup in the trailing edge of the prop.

I got the work done on the prop and here are my numbers.

3 adults in the boat and 35 gallons of gas

at WOT the rmps were 6000-6100 and my top speed was 39.2 mph on the GPS.

Do these numbers look good.

We are not going to get any better numbers than that on this combination, and I believe this ought to work well.

I might eventually look at a stainless if I can find a good deal on a used on but I am satisfied with this at the moment.
