I have a 9.9 4 stroke Merc with a commander 2000 side mount control. It starts fine and goes into gear but has no jamb. I've taken the control box apart inspected re and re with the service manual and no luck. I but wonder if maybe somehow the throttle cable got stretched ? Or is there something I'm missing
