I have a single speed West Marine standard wiper motor kit. I have installed it, but the wiper moves very slowly and doesn't park. I've lost the instructions.

Please explain wiring this unit so the wiper moves faster and it park's. I'm assuming that's the issue.

Thank you in advance.

Welcome
We're gong to need more then you have a wiper motor.

Might have been bought from WM but need to know who manufactured it?
Part number, something like that?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,...... My Guess is,... one wire is slow,... one wire is fast,.... one wire is ground,.....
It parks where ever you turn it off,.....
A multimeter should help ya figure out which wire is which,....

Made a search and have been unable to find any instructions or diagrams.

Does appear you wired it correct, guess the question is I've seen nothing that tells me it will park

Thank you. I've looked everywhere for the instructions, too.

Not sure, however

Orange is battery feed
Purple is ignition feed
Black is ground

And single speed wipers only work in slow mode
