How will this prop perform on my boat?

I have a 1989 winner fish and ski ZZ 880 MACH II, 1300 lbs, 18' length, 7'-4" bow with an 1988 Merc 115L6. I bought it with this stainless steel prop on it, and with a whale tail. Numbers on prop: 48-72760A4, and on other side, well, here are photos of the sides of the prop... Question is, I've never gotten full rpm at WOT with this prop, so should I change props so I can run at 5000-5500 rpm spec WOT? What is a good stainless steel prop for the above boat and motor?

It shows a 23 pitch on it, but the hand markings and stamp are indicative that someone had it reworked either to change pitch or add cup.
that and the whale tail tell me the PO was trying to solve some performance issue.
as bondo stated figure out what your wot rpm is now and we can go from there. Considering the prop has been worked you may be test off finding a prop shop who will work with you and ket you try a couple before you buy

Got it on the lake today, still tweaking after engine rebuild. Before the rebuild and after the rebuild it runs 4000-42000 wot. Really struggles to get up on plane at about 2000-2500 rpm. Feels like no slip at all on the prop.
