This my bussiess time of the year,the move outs have started and time to fix and paint,already off to a rough start,first deadline came up today a couple is moving in saturday and 2 more tuesday.went threw 15 gallons of paint today and my bodys feeling it.if this is a clue to the rest of summer im going to be dead,no money in the budget for contractors which really sucks,thanks for letting me vent alittle off to get some of objs longnecks

Ya i love my job 2 guys doing 5 guys work so the company can stay on budget <br /><br />BUT it beats the heck out of not haveing a job and telling your kid he cant finish his last year of collage <br /><br /><br />tommays

We normally have 2 doing the work of 5. Then next week or so, its 1 doing the work of 5...me.

I haven't screwed anything up for a long time... it must be good then <br />My boss is retiring soon (less than a year). That'll leave the position open, for me probably. They've been training me for some time now but... I don't think I want the job. He has a 'ton' of responsibility that I don't and he doesn't make much more money than I do. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.

very busy.. my local's been down since bush commandeered the white house.. so has our sister locals, chester,philly,norristown, south jersey an baltimore..<br /><br />mostly a third of a 600 man local 'riding the bench' waiting for a call.. <br /><br />since spring the hall's been a 'walkthru' almost a clear book.. in a month,, we'll need 500 more men that we don't have.. so we'll take on 500 'travelers' from across the country.. <br /><br />i like when this happends.. get to meet some charactors from all over.. <br /><br />all this doesn't mean that the economy is doing that great.. it's just a cycle.. down for so long then up again..<br /><br />matter-of-fact,,, i'm surprized the country is doin' so well.. with the defacite, war, an gas prices an inflation.. smoke & mirrors really do work..
