first you have to get it to turn over ( starter needed)

look at the fuel how old is it ?
drain if stinks ...replace filter , gas & oil ....

have any spark at the plugs when grounded to engine block while starting ?
if yes ... reinstal the plugs and ...

try to start it ..then we`ll see!
