Hull Paint

The paint on my hull is coming off really easy.. its an 86 larson with a fiberglass hull.. is it same to remove all of it and keep it with no paint. or should i redo the paint??

is there anyway i can just take off the black paint then put some kind of clear cover/paint on it too keep the white underneath
