Hull ring is a little loose, how can I tighten it?

Hey All, I have a 63 Glasspar runabout and I was checking the pully & rope up front that draws the boat onto the trailer and I found that the ring {sorry new to this stuff, don't know the name of the ring} attached to the hull was a little loose. I could not see it come through the hull from under the storage compartment. Is there a way to tighten it? Thanks in advance, Denny

There should be a one or two bolts on the inside of the hull that you should tighten. There should also be a steel plate between the bolts and the hull on the inside of the bow.
