hull twist on improperly stored project boat?

Just a quick question. I am loooking at a 16ft tri-hull that has been sitting for two years with no transom or deck. Stringers are 90 percent there and solid exept for the last foot or so around the transom. the boat is just sitting on a utility trailer, upright but with no suport. Will the hull conform to the shape it is sitting in with little suport? Could this cause a tracking prob when restored? Is there a good way when installing floors and transom to make shure the hull is straight and true? Or could it be that I think to much.

A tri hull might have the strength to survive being stored that way if it's been gutted and the cap is still on. I think the only way to tell would be to set it up on some blocks and use some string lines to check if it's still square. It will definitely cause tracking problems if it's twisted.

to the top with this one. I would like to hear more imput. Ty for the replies. I think this is an important question.

I would think there are a decent amount of people starting off in this situation. this could save alot of headaches and possable disapointment after alot of hard work. I've been through a restore or two, that would royaly suck to have a boat that wouldn't track straight after a full resto. I think I would cry.
