hull type / manufacturer

Any ideas or suggestions on the hull type and manufacturer I should go with for an 18-20 ft hull with 6 1/2 - 8 ft beam like the boat in the photo. No deep v hull because I want to build a houseboat like the one pictured. Also no I/O. outboard only.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,... That appears to be a factory built houseboat,.....

That said, a Starcraft Islander/ Holiday might be a hull worth considerin',...
If yer into tinboats,...

Sea Ark hull might be worth lookin' at. Or a Whaler.
