hi i just purchaced a humminbird fishfinder with the speed option paddle wheel also purchased that too, k when i mount this wheel should it be just below the bottom of the transom so it can catch the water flow,im used to the airguide type of speedo,thanks for any info cause it dont say nothin in the instructions about it
