I have a 1984 175 Yamaha. I am waiting for the arrival of my tilt/trim motor. To remove my tilt/trim motor, I had to break open my hydraulic lines to free up my motor in order to "hand raise" it up out of the way. Once I install my motor, what do I need to do to add hydraulic fluid. Where do I fill it up at? How do I know when it's full? Does it need to be primed - if so, how? I can post a photo of the tilt/trim unit if necessary. Thanks for any advise.

The trim oil is added to the tank through the bolt hole in the tank. Much easier to fill prior to installing. Trimming the motor all of the way to the top and bottom will bleed the air out.
