Hydraulic trim tabs

This trim tabs leaking oil? Looks like out of fitting and hose. Is it as simple as hose clamp, and if so why are they not on it already?

Have not seen this type, doesn't look to be Bennett tabs. I would have to take it apart to find out how to fix

Looks similar to the Boat Leveler/Insta-trim system, but the mounting brackets are different.

I would try a hose clamp.
