Hydraulics - Can I overfill?

I've been having trouble with my tilt trim - turns out it seems that it was just low on fluid (I hope!) In the process I lost a couple of cups from the system. I filled, tilt/trimed and refilled about 10 times this morning. When it wouldn't seem to take anymore I screwed on the cap and well will ya look at that - it works! Is that all there is too it? - If it works its good? - Is it possible to overfill? - I'll check it a couple of more times.

Thanks for your help.

Fluid does not evaporate. It went somewhere. Where fluid gets out water usually gets in. IMO, you should try to find how the fluid got out and fix it.
