Hydro Trim Pump

OK so I checked the electrical and I'm getting power out of the relay, however, there is nothing happening. Im in the process of taking it off but it is not user friendly. Is there anyway to replace the hydro pump without taking the transom bracket off the boat? Any thoughts?

Depending on what motor you have, there may be a way. On my '93 135HPV6, you could take off one side of the transom bracket and get to the PTT unit.
