i Have a 1974 chrysler 105 hp. To start with i converted it to 12volt coil, changed the wires, plugs, and the coil is new and new points. I unhooked the timing belt and spend the distributer with the key on and all 4 plugs are firing. It has an even 120 psi over all the cylinders. I took the flywheel off and checked the key and its fine. But when i put it in time and turn it over it wont start occasionally it will hit or backfire. just for giggles i sprayed starting fluid in the cylinders and still nothing. This engine ran great last year. Any help is appreciated! ive been working on this motor for nearly a month!
