Aspect-
I bet there is good money to be made decorating houses.
I would make sure that if I was doing it the customer supplied the material, and/or got it in writing what they wanted or expected.
And as for liabillity insurance??? in this world today it is best to error on the side of caution, I wonder if you can get a waver written up between you and your (can't call them your employer as they are not taking deductions)

FWIW I know this women that does window art with the canned snow
$200-$400 per window.

Wimusky, I to was shooting for an early 55 retirement or at least a change of pace for the better, but it looks as if I will keep pluggin away as long as I have to.

(sell equipment, buy/build car wash, laundromat with small restaurant??)

Yes I do exteriors,but people don't take to well to driving a bucket truck around their house and ruining there little grasses,so until I figure a better way I will have to keep using ladders

I don't know if it would work in your area but I know a fellow that had a bucket truck and tree trimming equipment but found it hard to find steady work. He went to a class / work shop put on by the electric providers and became certified to cut and trim around power lines and then was awarded a one year contract in a bid situation. Might be worth checking out in your area.

No way Bubba not a fan of electricity or chainsaw,but after 32 years I have been looking for other things that can make some money painting has been good to me but it not anywhere where it was when I got started
