I did this right, right?

Going out tomorrow and want to double check, I used Joe Reeves static timing for full advance, plugs out, spark tester on , hit key set timing at 15, which is correct 19 -4 degrees.('81 Evinrude 50)
Is this right?
I still have time to correct it if I did it wrong and I don't want to hurt the motor as I finally have everything correct.

i hope so i did mine the same havent checked it yet havent run my motor at all since rebuild hopefully it .will work out im going to check mine at launch in the evening straped to trailer ,since my outboard guy is booked plus he wants and hour to verify ,and he will also use the same launshy im going to
if he has one in the tank good luck let me know how close ,it is
