Your downloaded manual is almost certainly a violation of Federal Copyright law. Sending copies of it to anyone would be an even more serious violation.
When someone creates a document and secures a copyright, that means that that "he" is the only one that has a right to copy that document, to license someone else to copy it, or to renew the copyright if it expires.
The ebay seller, like many many others, has probaby stolen that right from whomever made the investment to create it.
So far you have not violated our rule. Let's keep it that way.
3. Do not post copyrighted material or request that anyone else violate copyright law.
