My stringers in my 1975 reinell need to be hit with rot stabilizer, or that CPES stuff. I do have an OMC stringer drive, but the stringers look to be on a horizontal axis. They are fiberglassed over with a cup on the inside edge where the bilge area is to hold the wood up level. The hollow area just underneath the cup I was talking about has a drain that empties out to the bilge. I just think its a flat piece of ply on a horizontal axis stretching out towards the chines. The fiberglass that is over the wood (I don't know if theres any on the underside) is at least 1/4" thick. Do they make stringers this way? Or who has a reinell that they could talk to me about how their stringers are set up?<br /> <br /> Thanks
