Well, here's a puzzler for you.<br /><br />I tried to follow Symantec's troubleshooting instructions, but they were in some foreign language that only looked like English.<br /><br />Then I tried Xcuseme's suggestions and had the same problem.<br /><br />So, in frustration I went through all 5 drives and deleted any programs that I don't and never did use.<br /><br />Then I tried auto update one more time. . . . VIOLA! It installed the updates!<br /><br />Time will tell if the other troubles are also gone.
