I have not winterized and its cold!

So I haven't winterized my boat yet because I am waiting on an impeller to come in (back ordered) and cannot turn the motor on to fog it, fuel stabilizer, etc. Since I removed the old impeller, there is no water in the cooling system and the motor is at a 90 degree angle, hopefully draining any remaining water from the carbs. It is in the low 30's at night. Is it still possible to crack the engine block when it gets below freezing? Any other problems that could occur? Hopefully you can make me feel better about the future of my outboard.

What engine is it?

Usually if then engine is vertical it is self draining and all is fine. It's dropping below freezing here tonight for the first time and I was busy winterizing and fogging several of my engines today. Boy that LU oil goes in slow when cold!

The engine is a 1996 Johnson 150hp Ocean Runner. Thanks for any reassurance.

If the motor is down then it is drained. Only possible issue is the lower unit if there is water in there. Should change that immediately.
