You guys taught me about Sea Foam. Can't believe I spent my whole life associated with mechanics and things of the sort; am a lube nut, and never heard of the stuff before you guys talked me into using it.<br /><br />So yesterday I'm running the 2 stroke weed whacker. Kinda hard to start and idled roughly......Hmmmmmm have I had these symptoms before....<br /><br />Out comes the can of Sea Foam and into the tank it (some of it) went. Cranked her up and for the first couple of minutes it belched and pfarted, put out the fogged exhaust and all the typical things.<br /><br />Then she settled down to a sweet hum. Restarting was instant as was the response to throttle advances and held it's own against the really tough weeds.<br /><br />Chalk up another victory for the stuff. Last fall I gave my several year old LawnBoy two stroke mower an enema of SeaFoam. You would not believe the gunk that this little engine dumped out. This stuff is really a miracle drug for engines like asprin was for humans.

I dumped some in the oil of my 318 Dodge and it made the lifters much quieter.
