I think that's an essential part of the problem. The people in the places these stolen motors/parts are headed couldn't give a crap about where they came from. Considering our foreign policy, or lack there of, those folks are probly happy they stuck it to some yankees?

From what I have heard, you can buy a pair of Yam 250 CRs for $5k...I guess that's after the $2k paid to the local gendarme to keep on walking...

Hear ya. Anybody thinks our cops are corrupt they need only cross the border. We can't hold a plasma cutter to those guys.
