all this happend at the apartment biulding that i manage and a supervisor in the said cleaning company

also you cant believe everything you hear in the news they pick and chose what to elaborate on, roger is the one who started the fight and has also has several assault and disorderly conduct charges on his record. and according to the report from the neighbors about the apartment yes there are several people that are heavy drinkers in the building its an 11 unit apartment biulding with only 4 apartments being 1 bedrooms the rest are efficacy (aka studio) apartments so there is a fair share of rift raft that lives there but its a quiet place the police have only been here 1 time in the past in the time iv been here. over an evectied tenit that was comming around causing problems. as far as the beer bottles yes people leave them around but there never around long before being removed. Edgar has never shown any signs of violence in the past and its relay a tragic situation

Decision point...... Start on the resume and maybe start over...... OR make sure the cleaning company does a better job screening for a replacement!!

Could happen in any job.

well basicly we hire anyone willing to work and do good work. my position pays pretty good but you can expect a salary around 1500 a month for an general cleaning position with are company wich isnt that great and in the bismarck area there is about 3 jobs for every one person we take what we can get and come to reality with if your good in every aspect your not going to be applying for a janitoral position

This sorta reminds me of that "TV Nation" show:

NBC Show 6, segment 2: "Neighbors"

"Do you know your neighbors' names? Do you know what they do for a living? Do you know if they are serial killers? TV Nation sends a serial killer to a typical suburban neighborhood to see what the neighborhood knows."

They had their "serial killer" (actor) do a lot of suspicious things in plain sight of the neighbors. I think they even had him run around outside with a 'bloody machette' (painted red..).

Then they interviewed the neighbors...
