I have a 1987 skeeter sf-150 and i need an owners manual. any help would be appreciated.

You could try asking Skeeter. I will add what I always do with boat manual requests . . . Why do you want one? What would you do with it if you had it? There is absolutely no sarcasm intended, but I think you'll find what the rest of us do . . . All boats are pretty much the same. Simple wiring, similar gauges, universal engines.

Ditto - skip the owners manual.

Get a shop manual for the engine and go boating.

Just so you know, owners manuals for boats deal 99% with boat safety and very little with the gauges, switches, and accessories. Boat manufacturers don't actually build half the stuff that goes into a boat so they supply the manuals that come with the accessories they install. Got a Clarion radio? The boat would have had a Clarion produced manual. Got Teleflex gauges? You probably got no manual or one that only briefly described what the gauge does. If you have a Merc engine, the manual would have been from Merc. If you just explain what it is you need to know we can probably help you. Most of the stuff is the same regardless what brand of boat you have.
